Pooja Bhamrrah has been juggling between Bengaluru and Mumbai every other week for the past eight years to maintain a work-life balance. While her work is based in Mumbai, she is married to entrepreneur Gurpreet Singh in Bengaluru. The former model gained recognition for her role as an airline crew member in the Hindi film Crew, which starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon, as well as the web series Broken But Beautiful. In a recent interview, Pooja expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to work alongside talented actors such as Tabu, Kareena, and Kriti, whose energy she found inspiring. She admitted that acting was not initially part of her career plan, as she originally aspired to become a Miss India. However, after winning a beauty pageant during her engineering studies in biotechnology, she transitioned to modeling and subsequently discovered her passion for acting, leading her to pursue it full-time."Parents have been incredibly supportive, and after getting married, I am fortunate to have a partner who is just as supportive," she shares. "I firmly believe in the concept of destiny."
Today, Pooja's focus is on balancing her work life and personal life. "I believe that people have come to understand that the key to success lies in the quality of the script. While stars can attract audiences to a certain extent, it is ultimately the story that shines through. I have been attending more auditions and engaging in discussions, and the upcoming year holds great promise for me. I am a firm believer in destiny. If you are open and receptive, the universe will guide you. You just need to be willing to acknowledge and seize the opportunities presented. I have come to appreciate the importance of maintaining a harmonious life. Previously, my life revolved solely around work, but I now understand the significance of living a well-rounded life – spending time with family and pursuing other interests. As an actor too, the more enriched your life is, the more depth you can bring to your performances on screen," she elaborates.
